Exclusive to Go For Health and imported from Laboratoires Nutrisanté in France, Lecitone Magnesium is an exclusive formula designed specifically to support the brains normal production of melatonin, thereby supporting a natural and restful sleep. It also helps the muscles, mind and body relax, calm down, and prepare for sleep..
As well as there being a number of causes for poor sleep, there are a number of solutions, and everyone’s case is different. The first thing to ask yourself is whether there is anything that might be contributing to the problem, like emotional stress, work pressures, side effects from medicines, etc.
If there is nothing obvious, it may be that very common problem lots of us experience as we get older – our body’s processes slow down and don’t produce enough of the sleep-regulating hormone melatonin.
Lecitone Magnesium may also help manage cravings for those giving up smoking.
Finding it hard to get to sleep? Difficulty staying asleep?
Restless legs keeping you awake? Waking up tired?
Lecitone Magnesium may help!
