Cystine and Methionine are the main building blocks of Keratin which is the tough protein responsible for the strength of the hair.
The B & C vitamins are involved in the utilisation of Keratin, which is essential for the renewal of hair and nails. The Pantothenic Acid (Vit B5) and Biotin (Vit B8) in the Vit B Complex are especially important for the condition of the hair. Biotin in particular can support healthy hair gowth.
For general use, take 1 capsule a day with breakfast. For optimal results, and bearing in mind hair and nails take a while to grow, a minimum 3 month course is recommended. One pack contains 90 capsules and will last 3 months. If the hair or nails are in particularly bad condition, the dosage can be increased to 2 capsules a day with breakfast.
