Adults: Take 1 sachet, daily
Children 12 years and over: Take half a sachet, daily.
NB: Dosing not efficient with ¼ sachet for younger children, so we recommend Viralex Kids.
High doses over 2000mg (2 sachets) can result in loose bowels, caution in those with sensitive digestion.
